Burns Family Wellness Care

Our Services

Family Medicine

A membership-based direct primary care practice that offers personalized, relationship-focused medicine for your whole family — without the hurdles of insurance.

A Different Kind of Practice

Burns Family Wellness Care is a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice — meaning we don't accept insurance. Instead, you pay a straightforward annual membership that covers the vast majority of your primary care needs.

This model allows Dr. Burns to limit her practice to 200 patients, giving each family the time, attention, and personalized care they deserve. Real-time feedback. Real relationships. Real outcomes.

Note on labs, medications, and imaging: These are not included in the membership fee. Dr. Burns negotiates discounts for uninsured patients wherever possible.
